Companies developing immersive technology face significant legal risks. The top concern is consumer privacy and data security, affecting 61% of firms. Product liability and health and safety issues follow at 49%. Other notable risks include difficulties in licensing technology and intellectual property (32%) and potential infringement and compliance with platform requirements, both at 30%. Lesser concerns involve export control issues (12%) and other unspecified risks (2%).
